Villa Rates

• Must be 21 years of age, or older, to rent.
• All Villas are NON-SMOKING.
• Crater Lake Villas limited to 6 persons maximum.
• Seascape Villas limited to 8 persons maximum.
• Crater Lake & Seascape Villa parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per villa.
• Guests must provide their own grill and grilling tools.
• Pet Friendly Villas include units 2416, 2608, 2618, 2639, 2717, 2723, 4207, 5117, 6140, 6232, 7209, 8133.

• Heating and Air Conditioning.
• Telephone with FREE local calls and voice mail.
• Pillows, blankets, and bed spreads for each bedroom.
• A fully equipped kitchen.
• Microwave, full size refrigerator, four-top stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, basic pots and pans, table place settings and dish cloths.
• Color TV with cable.
• One broom and a vacuum cleaner.
• One picnic table per site on a wooden villa deck.
• Daily garbage removal year-round.

• $100.00 Security Deposit. Refunded after departure as long as no damages were incurred

• $5.00 per day Family Amenities charge. Includes access to all amenities in the park for the whole family!

• Villa rates include parking for one (1) vehicle with a maximum of two (2) vehicles for Crater Lake, Seascape and blocks Two and Three. High Rise Villas may have a maximum of three (3) Vehicles. There is a $3.00 per night* charge per additional vehicle.
  

• Reservations are accepted up to 18 months in advance.
• Reservations are accepted for families ONLY.
• Reservations are subject to availability.
• Reservations are guaranteed by villa type ONLY.
• Make your reservation for the entire length of your stay; renewal of villas cannot be guaranteed.
• Entrace into the resort is not allowed until after official check-in.
• Check-in is after 3:00pm; Check-out by 11:00am.

• Linen rental is $50.00* per rental unit; this is not an optional fee.
• Select Villas include 2 TVs and a washer & dryer.

• Minimum 3 night stay
  Jan. 1 – Mar 31; April 15 - May 18; Aug. 19 - Dec. 31,
• Minimum 7 night stay; Saturday to Saturday
  March 31 – April 14; May 19 - Aug 18.
• Monthly Reservations are 28 days.

• A $100.00 Security Deposit and $35.00^* reservation fee is required within 10 days of your request or the reservation will be cancelled.
• The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure provided the villa was left clean and undamaged.

• FULL RENTAL PAYMENT (including 12% tax) is required at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• LCR accepts personal checks and the following credit cards:
  • Visa Card
  • Master Card
  • Discover Card
• Credit cards will not be accepted for monthly rentals.
• Personal checks will not be accepted upon arrival.

• All date changes and cancellations 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will incur a $50 administrative fee.
• All date changes and cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 administrative fee plus $100 security deposit.
• No refunds for early departures, "No Shows", or changing to a lesser-priced accommodation after arrival.
