Villa Rates

• Crater Lake Villas limited to 6 persons maximum.
• Seascape Villas limited to 8 persons maximum.
• Families ONLY. NO SINGLES ACCEPTED.
• PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ANY VILLA RENTAL.
• Parking is limited to two vehicles per villa.
• All Villas are NON-SMOKING.
• Guests must provide their own grill and grilling tools.

• Heating and Air Conditioning.
• Telephone with FREE local calls and voice mail.
• Pillows, blankets, and bed spreads for each bedroom.
• A fully equipped kitchen.
• Microwave, full size refrigerator, four-top stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, basic pots and pans, 8 place settings and dish cloths.
• A color TV with cable.
• One broom and a vacuum cleaner.
• One picnic table per site on a wooden villa deck.
• Daily garbage removal year-round.

Our Deluxe High-rise Homes have 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and spacious porches. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. All units come with linens and other standard rental features.

• Villa rates include parking for 1 vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles per villa. There is a $3.00 per night* charge for the 2nd vehicle.
  

• Reservations are accepted up to 18 months in advance.
• Reservations are accepted for families ONLY.
• Reservations are subject to availability.
• Reservations are guaranteed by villa type ONLY.
• Make your reservation for the entire length of your stay; renewal of villas cannot be guaranteed.
• Entrace into the resort is not allowed until after official check-in.
• Check-in is after 3:00pm; Check-out by 11:00am.

• Linen rental is $50.00 per rental unit; This is not optional.
• Seascape Villas include 2 TVs and a washer & dryer.

• Minimum 2 night stay
  Jan. 1 - April 3, 2009; April 18 - May 22, 2009; Aug. 8 - Dec. 31, 2009.
• Minimum 7 night stay; Saturday to Saturday
  April 4 - April 18, 2009; May 23 - Aug. 7, 2009.

• A $100 Security Deposit and $35 reservation fee is required within 14 days of your request or the reservation will be cancelled.
• The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure provided the villa was left clean and undamaged.

• FULL RENTAL PAYMENT (including 12% tax) is required at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• LCR accepts personal checks and the following credit cards:
  Visa Card - Master Card - Discover Card. Personal checks will not be accepted upon arrival.

• All date changes and cancellations 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will incur a $50 administrative fee.
• All date changes and cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 administrative fee plus $100 security deposit.
• No refunds for early departures, "No Shows", or changing to a lesser-priced accommodation after arrival.
