Villa Rates

• Must be 21 years of age, or older, to rent.
• All Villas are NON-SMOKING.
• Crater Lake Villas limited to 6 persons maximum.
• Seascape Villas limited to 8 persons maximum.
• Crater Lake & Seascape Villa parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per villa.
• Guests must provide their own grill and grilling tools.
• Pet Friendly Villas include units 2416, 2608, 2618, 2639, 2717, 2723, 2728, 2879, 2902, 2905, 5035, 5117, 5538, 6140, 6227, 6232, 7202, 7209, 7249, 7254, 8133.

• Heating and Air Conditioning.
• Telephone with FREE local calls and voice mail.
• Pillows, blankets, and bed spreads for each bedroom.
• A fully equipped kitchen.
• Microwave, full size refrigerator, four-top stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, basic pots and pans, table place settings and dish cloths.
• Color TV with cable.
• One broom and a vacuum cleaner.
• One picnic table per site on a wooden villa deck.
• Daily garbage removal year-round.
• Select Villas include 2 TVs, a grill, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.

• $100.00 Security Deposit will be refunded 30 days after departure as long as no damages were incurred.

• $10.00 per day Family Amenities charge. Includes access to all amenities in the park for the whole family!
• 12% lodging tax

• Villa rates include one (1) vehicle parking pass with each reservation. Additional parking passes may be purchased for a charge of $3.00 plus tax per day. Parking space is available for a maximum of two (2) vehicles for Crater Lake, Seascape and blocks Two and Three. High Rise Villas may have a maximum of three (3) Vehicles. Over flow parking passes may be purchased at the check-in office.
  

• Reservations are accepted up to 18 months in advance.
• Reservations are accepted for families ONLY.
• Reservations are subject to availability.
• Reservations are guaranteed by villa type ONLY.
• Make your reservation for the entire length of your stay; renewal of villas cannot be guaranteed.
• Entrace into the resort is not allowed until after official check-in.
• Check-in is after 3:00pm; Check-out by 11:00am.

• Minimum 3 night stay
  Jan. 1 � Mar 29; Aug. 19 - Dec. 31,
• Minimum 7 night stay; Saturday to Saturday
  March 30 - Aug 18.
• Monthly Reservations are 28 days.

• You will receive a $100.00 security deposit refund if the unit is left undamaged. Please allow up to 30 days from your departure for the refund to be processed.

• $250.00 Initial payment upon reservation.
• A rental pre-payment schedule will be included with your rental contract. Final balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.
• LCR accepts personal checks and the following credit cards:
  • Visa Card
  • Master Card
  • Discover Card
• Personal checks WILL NOT be accepted upon arrival.
• Credit cards WILL NOT be accepted for monthly rentals.

• If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival, LCR Resort Management, LLC will retain an Administrative Fee of $50.00 from amount paid. ALL RESERVATIONS are DUE PAID IN FULL 30 days prior to arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival and NO TRIP INSURANCE is purchased, GUEST will forfeit all monies paid. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival and TRIP INSURANCE is purchased GUEST CAN CALL C.S.A at 866-999-4018 to obtain their refund.
