We accept these major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
In addition to your rental fee, there will be a booking fee, Resort Amenity Fee (includes everyone in your party up to the amount your unit will sleep), and if you bring a PET and are staying in a pet friendly unit there is a Non-Refundable Pet Charge of $100.00. This is added to your rent charge at the end of your reservation process.
- Reservations are accepted for families ONLY.
- Must be 21 years of age, or older, to rent.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- Reservations are guaranteed by rental type ONLY.
- Make your reservation for the entire length of your stay; an extension of your stay cannot be guaranteed.
- Entrance into the resort is not allowed until after official check-in.
- Check-in is after 3:00pm; Check-out by 11:00am.
- All Villas are NON-SMOKING.
- Crater Lake Vacation Rentals limited to 6 persons maximum.
- Seascape Vacation Rentals limited to 8 persons maximum.
- High Rise Vacation Rentals limited to12 - 14 persons maximum.
- Crater Lake & Seascape Vacation Rental parking is limited to two (2) vehicles per unit.
A $3/day charge will be added for the 2nd vehicle during the In-Season time frame. Vehicles may be parked in designated overflow areas at no additional cost.
- Guests must provide their own grill and grilling tools. *Some units provide grills*

- Monthly Reservations are 28 days or longer.
- Stays of 90 days consecutively and no tax is charged.
- Monthly rentals from September 14, 2014 - March 28, 2015 and
September 12 - December 31, 2015

- Telephone with FREE local calls and voice mail.
- Pillows, blankets, and bedspreads for each bedroom.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- Microwave, full size refrigerator, four-top stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, all your basic kitchen needs.
- TV with cable.
- WiFi Hot Spots available throughout the park.
- One broom and a vacuum cleaner.
- Picnic table or outdoor furniture provided.
- Daily garbage removal year-round.
Security Deposit & Payment
- $250.00 Initial payment is due upon making your reservation.
Full payment of Trip Insurance (optional) is also due upon making reservation.
- A rental pre-payment schedule will be included with your rental contract. Final balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is required at the time the reservation is made.

- Personal checks WILL NOT be accepted upon arrival or for reservations made less than 30 days of arrival.
- You will receive a $100.00 security deposit refund if the unit is left undamaged. Please allow up to 30 days from your departure for the refund to be processed.
- $35.00* reservation charge
- Linens are provided; a linen fee may be charged based on length of stay
- $10.00 per day Family Amenities charge. Includes access to all amenities in the park for the whole family!
- If a reservation is canceled within 30 days prior to arrival, LCR Resort Management, LLC will retain an Administrative Fee of $50.00 from amount paid. ALL RESERVATIONS are DUE PAID IN FULL 30 days prior to arrival date. If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and NO TRIP INSURANCE is purchased, GUEST will forfeit all monies paid. If a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and TRIP INSURANCE is purchased GUEST CAN CALL C.S.A at 866-999-4018 to file a claim.
